Our Varsity Cross Country teams will be competing in an MHSAA Pre Regional race (new this year due to Covid protocol) at Gilmore Car Museum (DK's home course) on Wednesday, October 21st with the boy's race starting at 4:30 pm and the girl's race at approximately 5:15 pm. There will be a $5.00 (EXACT CHANGE) per car admission fee to enter the venue.
The top four teams, out of the 7 that are coming, and the top 7 individual runners not on one of the top 4 teams, will qualify for the Regional meet at Allendale HS on October 30th or 31st. That info will be shared with you when it becomes available.
We have also added an additional High School meet on October 24th on the campus of Kalamazoo Christian Middle School, 3800 S 12th Street in Kalamazoo with a race start time of 10:00 am for boys and 10:40 am for girls. There will also be a $5.00 parking fee (EXACT CHANGE ONLY) and coffee and donuts will be available at the concessions booth.
Please keep in mind that masks must be worn AT ALL TIMES by participants (except when running) and spectators throughout the event. Social distancing of 6' is still the rule of the day along with keeping the start and finish lines uncongested during both races.
