DK Panther Fans, Today's weather update is as follows: The JV/Varsity boys and varsity girls basketball games at Climax-Scotts have been canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date. DK Panther Fans, Just a quick heads up that ALL athletic activities and practices scheduled for this afternoon (1/15.24) have been canceled due to the lovely, balmy temps that we are currently experiencing as well as the condition of many of our back roads. Due to the winter storm, Delton Kellogg Schools will be closed on Friday, January 12th. All weekend events are canceled, and the DK daycare will be closed. Thank you, and have a safe weekend!

Attention Panther Fans, Mother Nature continues to cause a ruckus with the scheduling of Athletic events this week. The latest update is as follows: The JV Boy's Basketball game at DK vs Saugatuck (1/11/24) has been MOVED TO Saugatuck with a 4:00 pm tip. This game will no longer be played at DK. Friday's Varsity Girls and Boys Basketball games at Saugatuck have been CHANGED TO Thursday, January 11th with a 5:30 pm tip for the Girls and a 7:00 pm tip for the Boys. Due to the potential winter storm that has been forecast for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with the potential for a shortage of officials on Thursday, are a couple of reasons for making the schedule changes. Thanks, in advance, for your willingness to be flexible with your schedules as we attempt to get these competitions in, during what has become a pretty goofy week! Friday's wrestling and comp cheer events and Saturday's wrestling events are still on as scheduled. We will continue to provide updates as we move forward. Stay tuned, be safe, and Go Panthers!!

Panther Fans, Snow Day #2 (1/10/24) has caused a few changes on the Athletic front for our Panthers. With road conditions improving and snow out of the forecast, the following will be allowed: Varsity-only optional practices will be today from 3-4:30 pm. There are NO JV or MS activities today. The Varsity wrestling meet AT South Haven vs. South Haven, Martin and Allegan is on as scheduled. Bus departure time will remain at 4:00 pm. On another note, the JV Girls Hoop game at DK vs Saugatuck on 1/11/24 has been canceled. The JV Boys hoop game vs Saugatuck will move to a 6:00 pm tip-off. DK Elementary Christmas Spirit Week is coming up! A reminder to parents and guardians to send your student to school in their Christmas Spirit attire!

DK Families, Delton Kellogg Middle School is proud to offer resources to our students who need help with assignments. One of our dedicated teachers can help with questions and provide guidance on available resources. Mrs. Tyner is available on Tuesdays to assist students, and on Thursdays, Mrs. Estep is available. Students can catch up on assignments that are past due or utilize this time to build skills for successful study habits. The success center is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 - 4 PM!

DK Families, We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Delton Ski Club, a fantastic opportunity for individuals aged seven and up, including adults, to come together for a winter filled with fun and adventure! Details: Open to ages seven and up, including adults. Family-friendly activities. We will host at least five events for Delton Families at Timber Ridge.
